Pubbie Training

I think we could benefit from playing some pubs and training/refining the skills of pubs and inviting them to the community. We need to build up a community again becuse the swat channel being empty about 70% of the time is pretty sad to me. If anyone has any ideas shout them out. I'm interested in what other clan members can come up with because we need some more players because im frankly tired of seeing the same 8 people on all the time.

Definitely, I'd be willing to help, problem is, I'm not on much during the summer due to work, maybe when college starts again I'll be of more help since I have so much more free time, college, ftw

I start college as well will be good to have time to build a community again.

I was thinking about the same thing a week ago but for my time zone. The problem is some of them don't listen and we'll have to teach them in groups of 2-3 players because with 4+ noobs it becomes to hard to tell them what to do. So me alone was to lazy to do it but if anyone wants to open "swat school for noobs" I'd be happy to help.

Well at first I would liek to start with the pubs that have some basic knowledge. After that we can start with the uneducated ones. just invite the ones who are at a basic skill level to the channel and into some more pubs and help them out. that means more insane/pin though.

I stumbled upon this while looking to see if red finally got out 2.0 - sadly the case is no, but I'm glad this community is not dead yet. I have just returned to wc3 and was a hardened vet several years ago for SWAT AM. I have free time once in awhile (will have more when I'm done overseas [i'm in the military]) and I have no problems training new players. Once I'm done reinstalling I'll be dl'ing the map again and getting back into it. Hope to catch some of you on - my user name used to be Sarnith, hopefully it still can be xD
